Appeal a decision.
Been warned, muted, or banned? Submit an appeal or check the status of an existing one. A moderator from the server will review it.
To keep your cases private, Kuma DMs a one-time code to that account on its platform (Stoat, Discord or Fluxer). Only the real account holder can view them.
How appeals work

You submit
Your appeal appears in the server's moderation dashboard and is logged in the mod channel.

Mods review
A moderator reviews your appeal from the dashboard or with
!case resolve.3
Action taken
If accepted, your punishment is automatically removed. Kuma will let you know the outcome if it can message you.
Your Case ID and User ID were included in the notification Kuma sent when the action was taken. Warns, mutes, and bans can be appealed. Kicks are temporary, just rejoin the server.
