Response times
The maintainer is based in Tokyo (JST). Support replies typically arrive within a few hours during JST daytime.
Emergency
If your server is under attack, use !panic on to instantly lock all channels. No need to wait for support.
Feature requests
Suggestions are welcome in our Stoat server or as a ticket. Community ideas regularly become real commands.
Planned maintenance
Scheduled downtime is announced on the status page and in the support server beforehand.
