Response times

Every message is read by a small volunteer team. We can't reply to all of them, but we follow up by email when we need to.

Emergency

If your server is under attack, use !panic on to instantly lock all channels. No need to wait for support.

Feature requests

Suggestions are welcome in our Stoat server. Community ideas regularly become real commands.

Planned maintenance

Scheduled downtime is announced on the status page and in the support server beforehand.
